Andrew Lustig

I’m a photographer, designer, management consultant, and performance coach based in Clearwater, Florida.

I’ve been making photographs for decades, though some years more than others. My work has been published and exhibited, but more importantly, my love of photography has remained constant through every stage of my life and every shift in my career.

In recent years, photographing live music has become something of an obsession. I suspect it has something to do with my lifelong regret that I never learned to play guitar.

My day job is leading The Lustig Group, where I coach executive leaders and teams through complex change and help them achieve breakthrough objectives and build products and companies with enduring impact and value. Look closely, and you’ll probably see my design sensibilities at work there, too.

All of my work demands that I pay close attention to a moment that won’t repeat itself, catch what others might miss, imagine what could be, and trust my instincts more than the limits of what the past says is possible.
